Come on in because Savoy Opera House has the job for you. We are currently looking to fill dishwashing position. This is an entry-level position, so no experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
The Savoy Opera House is Tucson's favorite place to celebrate! The Savoy is located within the heart of Trail Dust Town, which is the home of Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Events range from weddings to corporate holiday parties.
The dishwashing position is back of the house, meaning you keep the whole operation running from behind the scenes. This is a great position to work at your own pace and learn the ins and outs of event work. We will also cross-train you in the kitchen if you are interested and willing, so there is room for development if you want that. Many of our top performing staff members in the kitchen, bar, and dining room began in the dish room. Compensation starts at $16 and goes up depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimal work experience.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
