Restaurant Bartender
Saddle up because Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has the job for you! We are currently looking to fill bartending positions in the world famous Silver Dollar Saloon! This is a fun and slightly thematic bar cranking out delightful drinks for big restaurant crowds.
Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has been one of Tucson’s favorite restaurants since it opened in 1962. The steakhouse anchors Trail Dust Town and has served millions of guests in its 60 years of operation. The saloon itself is faithful to an old west bar of the 1890’s, with everything you would have found aside from working spittoons! The décor helps create a fun atmosphere for guests and staff alike to enjoy the evening hours and a few drinks.
Pinnacle Peak is all about fun and the bar is often where that fun begins for guests of the steakhouse. Our bartending team will create delicious and refreshing drinks for dining rooms guests along with those guests that prefer to spend their evening in the saloon. Guests of Pinnacle Peak tend to enjoy simple drinks like margaritas, draft beer, and red wines. A growing number of them also like our specialty cocktails and we expect to expand those offerings a bit through time.
Duties:
- Our bartenders are trusted to create delightful beverages according to our established recipes.
- Serve saloon guests.
- Handle cash and process payments.
- Generally help all guests and staff have a great time in the steakhouse.
Job Details:
- The steakhouse is only open for dinner, so shifts typically start in the late afternoon and finish up by 11pm.
- That leaves the mornings and early afternoons open for life and family.
Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse is owned and operated by a local company that also owns and operates Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse, El Corral, and Trail Dust Town. The company originally started in 1962 and is in its second generation of ownership and third generation of management. This is a company with staying power, as our brands continue to thrive more than 60 years later.
