Come on in because El Corral has the job for you! We are currently looking to fill dinner bartending positions. Some experience behind the bar is a huge plus and we will of course provide additional training and fine tuning to the chosen candidate.
The bar is the soul of a restaurant and helps to set the tone for the overall feeling of the dining rooms. Guests choosing to sit at the bar or wait nearby for a table in the dining room, expect to chat a bit with the bartender and get a good sense of the overall restaurant. Our bartenders will interact directly with the guests as well as creating drinks for the servers taking care of the dining rooms.
El Corral is only open for happy hour and dinner service. This also means that your shift starts a bit later in the day, giving you more time before work to live life.
The bar menu features of a blend of classic cocktails and inhouse creations. Guests of El Corral tend to order a lot of margaritas, old fashioned's, and Manhattans to accompany their prime rib dinner.

Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the preparation of high-quality beverages to satisfy incoming orders and as needed.
- Follow proper hygiene requirements by the Pima County Health Department.
- Actively participate in general bar prep and set-up when needed.
- Maintain composure while working in sometimes adverse conditions including high and low temperatures and varying amounts of noise.
- Practice strong cash handling skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimal work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
